First Prize
- Expense-paid trip to participate in the Annual Conference of
the Society of Environmental Journalists (SEJ) in New Orleans,
Maryland, USA, from September 10 to 14, 2003. Includes: round-trip
airline ticket from Accra to New Orleans, hotel accommodation and
meals during the conference, and registration fee. If the First
Prize article was produced by more than one journalist, the authors
will choose one representative among them to go to the conference.
Travel expenses will not be substituted by a cash award.
